Not only do we canoe across the pristine landscape of Tofino, British Columbia, but Gisele takes us on a nature hike to pick wild huckleberries - which we then bake into a traditional First Nation's recipe called Bannock...of course we brought along our SolarOvens.org solar cooker to bake the bread directly on the beach!
